https://www.climateweek.gov.wales/EN/pages is managed by the Freshwater, on behalf of Welsh Government henceforth referred to as 'We'. In entering our site you the user ('You') are accepting our Terms and Conditions. The Wales Climate Week event platform is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you of this site constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect from the date of first use.

The Welsh Government is the Data Controller and Freshwater (FW) are the Data Processor for information submitted via the Wales Climate Week website, along with any information shared or recordings made during the associated event programme. Welsh Government and FW are committed to protecting the rights of individuals in line with UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Hyperlinking

We do not object to you linking directly to the information that is hosted on our site. However, we would prefer it if our pages were not to be loaded into frames on your site. The Wales Climate Week event platform pages should load into the user's entire window. We do not permit our pages to be loaded into frames on your site.

Sending reminder emails to people who have registered for the Wales Climate Week event.

Once registered, you will receive reminders about the event(s) that you have registered for and a post event evaluation form via email. If you wish to opt out of these email reminders, please contact walesclimateweek@freshwater.co.uk.

Who receives your information?

Freshwater is the main data processor for data collected through Wales Climate Week Launch event website. We also use third party processors and, as such, may share your information with them. The processing of this information will be in line with the third parties’ privacy policy. The third-party processors we use are as follows:

Welsh Government, as the project owner, will have access to all data collected and processed as part of this project.
Eventscase for hosting the Wales Climate Week online platform, managing webinar and workshop registrations and recording chat room content. All-in-one event management software (eventscase.com)

Google analytics to assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the web site.

The Eventscase website uses cookies to collect anonymous information about visitor behaviours.
